In 1995, Dan formed Neyer Properties, Inc. to pursue his vision of creating value in office, industrial and retail developments and redevelopments. Dan also formed Neyer Properties Construction, Neyer Properties Acquisitions and Neyer Properties Management in order to provide a full service real estate organization, which includes land development, acquisition, investment, construction, design, financing, leasing and property management.

Dan is highly respected and knowledgeable in all phases of the development of commercial real estate having been directly involved in the development of over 3,000 acres of property and over 500 building and development projects, totaling over $ 1,000,000,000 in value.

She is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of Neyer’s $185 million portfolio. Karman also oversees all leasing activity for each asset and supervises the administration of all activities related to the physical operation and management of day-to-day fiscal activities.

Her diverse portfolio of expertise includes retail, office, high-rise, and industrial buildings. Prior to joining Neyer Properties, Karman spent the last five years in the role of Senior Property Manager, working with the 1.9M SF Corporex portfolio. Karman holds a Bachelor’s in Business from DePauw University.

James joined Neyer Properties in the fall of 2010 as Property Manager. His responsibilities include supervising direct internal and external property management operations.

James studied marketing and real estate at the University of Cincinnati and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Real Estate.

Jeff Chamot, LEED AP

He is responsible for management of all Neyer Properties’ developments including due diligence, design, planning and zoning, permitting and entitlements.

Jeff also directs the company’s green building initiatives. He has helped lead the design and construction of numerous projects that are LEED Gold, LEED Silver, and LEED certified - including the Neyer Properties LEED Gold certified corporate offices at Keystone Parke and the American Red Cross LEED Gold Headquarters. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati.

Jared Wendling

Jared has gained experience by working in various capacities including finance and development which led to his current position as Acquisitions Associate. Overseeing the process of finding, underwriting and acquiring existing buildings, Jared has helped Neyer to acquire over 1.2 million square feet of space since taking on this role in 2010.

Jared is a 2009 graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate.

Amanda Neyer

Amanda also handles several social media aspects for Neyer including blogs, facebook, and twitter. Additionally, she is in charge of keeping the information on the Neyer Properties’ website up to date.

Amanda is a 2010 graduate of the University of Dayton and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a focus in Public Relations and Marketing.

Nancy McCune

Phone:513-699-2274   Email:nmccune@neyer1.com   Nancy brings over 25 years of office administration experience from Franciscan Home Health’s Administration Office and as Export Analyst at Jim Beam Distillers/National Distillers. Nancy joined Neyer Properties in March of 1998.

Nancy attends to office coordination and planning. She also provides administrative support to President Daniel Neyer, Vice President Bryan Kelley and other Management Team as needed.

Kathy Hennel

She holds a BS in Business and majored in Accounting at Miami University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio. Prior to joining Neyer Properties, she held accounting positions at Casco Manufacturing Solutions and United Dairy Farmers.

Kathy oversees all accounting, tax and IT activities. Her responsibilites include preparing accurate and timely financial statements, budget projections, and coordinating year-end financial statements and tax returns with the company’s CPA firm.

Tammy Hollander

She is responsible for cash and debt management, A/R processing, and financial statement preparation. Prior to joining Neyer Properties, Tammy held accounting positions at JP Morgan Chase and Fifth Third.

Prior to joining Neyer Properties, Sally received an Associate of Applied Business in Managerial Accounting from Cincinnati State and was most recently controller for King Wrecking Company, Inc. In addition to her daily accounting responsibilities, Sally participates in monthly closings and preparation of financial statements.
