Anthony has over 25 years of accounting, finance, and financial reporting experience in the following industries: manufacturing, construction, automotive, retail, insurance, student/private sector transportation, and commercial real estate. In his role at Neyer Properties, Anthony oversees and manages optimizing the financial capital performance of the company’s operating assets. Some of his responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process of Neyer’s portfolio, the strategic financial and capital planning of the operating assets, assisting with quarterly investor financial statements, and the strategic planning of the operating assets with the company’s CPA firm.

Anthony holds associate degrees in financial management and managerial accounting from Cincinnati State Community College, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University, and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. Additionally, Anthony is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
