As Property Accountant for Neyer, Charlie’s key responsibilities include closing the books & preparing monthly financial statements for our properties, preparing the quarterly balance sheet general ledger account reconciliations, and performing treasury management functions. He also manages the quarterly CAPEX/CIP reporting and accounts payable process.

Charlie has one year of previous experience with our company, along with a background in public accounting tax. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
