Jake has been with Neyer Properties for close to three years, previously attending the University of Cincinnati where he received undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics. While attending the University of Cincinnati, he worked alongside the University’s Real Estate Services and Community Development department to kickstart his growth in the local Cincinnati real estate community. There, he learned the ins-and-outs of UC’s relationships with the likes of UC Health, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and The Cincinnati Port, some of the largest public and private organizations in the region.

Since graduation, joining Neyer Properties has fostered his curiosity of how capital flows through the CRE ecosystem, working with all asset types across the entire real estate lifecycle: ground-up development to stabilized, long-term operating properties.
