John joined Neyer Properties in 2020 as a Senior Asset Manager and was named Director of Leasing and Asset Strategy in 2021. In his role, he leads all initiatives of the Leasing Department to attract and retain tenants across the company’s 4.5M square foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail buildings. Additionally, John is responsible for crafting and implementing the overall strategy to optimize the financial performance of each asset in the portfolio.

John has 25 years of broad commercial real estate experience with a particular emphasis in leasing, brokerage, finance, and investments. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in real estate and finance from the University of Cincinnati. He is a real estate broker, licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.
