In his role at Neyer Properties, Ray prepares and manages the overall project management master schedule and budget for projects and ensures these projects are completed on time and within budget. His other responsibilities as Director of Development include managing the current and future land infrastructure and entitlements, zoning, and site planning for building redevelopments and land acquisitions.

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, Ray has spent his time guiding teams to deliver program management services for portfolios, managing customer relations, portfolio strategy, and project delivery for various corporate clients. His previous experience also includes working for local real estate developers delivering office, industrial, healthcare, and retail facilities in greenfield, brownfield, and mixed-use developments. Ray attended the University of Cincinnati where he received both a B.S. in Construction Management and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
