As Associate Project Manager at Neyer Properties, Sophie ensures projects are completed on time and within budget by overseeing the overall project schedules and budgets. She assists in managing the research, due diligence, entitlements, and site planning for both building redevelopments and land acquisitions in coordination with the acquisitions, development, and leasing teams.

In her role, Sophie manages the current and future land infrastructure and facilitation on several projects by working with the internal development team and consultants to optimize site design and coordinate applications and permits with municipalities, as well as utility companies. Additionally, she works with the construction team to manage installation schedules and work around site operations.

Sophie is a graduate of Xavier University and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Williams College of Business. Her past experience includes three years as Development Project Coordinator with Neyer Properties and four years of property management.
