Sophie has been with Neyer Properties for over two years as the development project coordinator. She assists with the day-to-day operations of the development team while being the liaison between team members and third parties. As the project coordinator, she works on several projects including single family, mixed-use, and industrial sites. This includes tracking the project schedule, budgets, contracts, and the overall organization for these developments. Additionally, Sophie works with the construction and asset management departments for all tenant improvements and capital expenditure projects.

Sophie is a graduate of Xavier University and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Williams College of Business. Her past experience includes four years of property management.
