Steve brings over two decades of automotive industry experience to his role, the last nine of which were in the digital retail space for automobile dealerships including digital retail tools and artificial intelligence lending. He has also filled the role of dealership owner/operator and general sales manager. In his role at Neyer Properties, he is responsible for the sale of all units at car condominium complexes throughout our many markets. Steve also determines the “influencers” for each market and develops sources for targeting prospective clients. Additionally, as Sales Director for Torque, he promotes and enhances the reputation and recognition of the brand.

Steve hold a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting and Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Beyond work, he shares a passion for car collecting with his wife and has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Cincinnati for over 27 years.
