Tammy has over 20 years of accounting experience, 12 of which are within the real estate industry. In her role at Neyer Properties, Tammy performs monthly closings, tracks fixed assets, and monitors cash flows. She is also responsible for preparing financial statements for investors and completing work papers for annual audits. Additionally, she manages Neyer’s third-party accountant. Tammy has a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University.
