Almost 35,000 square feet of multi-tenant office/flex space will be available for lease when the Interstate Corporate Centre, located at Glendale-Milford Road and I-75, is completed in December, 2007.

This decorative, tilt-up, concrete building is designed to provide companies the convenience of location, drive-up parking to their entrances, and the convenience of overhead doors in the back of the building.
“We find that companies want to be within the I-275 belt, but the choices are very limited in that area,” said Dan Neyer, president of Neyer Properties. “This building fills that need.”

The project is built by Neyer Properties, Inc., a Cincinnati-based commercial development firm working on 10 other construction projects now in the greater Cincinnati area, including the $100 million Keystone Parke, the first LEED-certified private office campus in the region.

Keystone Parke is being developed and built in partnership with the city of Cincinnati and the community of Evanston. Green building measures incorporated there are not only environmentally-conscious, they will save tenants about 20 percent in annual energy costs.

Neyer Properties specializes in developing office, retail center, medical, warehouse, and manufacturing space through the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.

“Our goal is for our clients to use us as a resource to find the perfect location to fit their needs,” said Dan Neyer, founder and president of Neyer Properties. “We also focus on doing the right thing for the community. We find land, and find out the best use of that land, which adds jobs and value to the community.”

The Interstate Corporate Centre site offers both grade-level and dock-level loading docks, available multi-functional office/warehouse bay sizes from 5,000 to 34,500 square feet, and architectural concrete and glass exterior. “Green” architectural aluminum sunshades and high-efficiency glazing are installed to maximize the energy efficiency of the building—an absolute requirement for all Neyer Properties developments.

The project is located a quarter mile from I-75, less than 1.5 miles to I-275, and is visible from the interstate.

Four other current Neyer Properties projects include:
Keystone Parke, a $100 million, 7.5 acre business office project located at I-71 and Dana Avenue; Highlands Market Square, a 75-acre, mixed-use retail development under construction at I-75 and Cincinnati-Dayton Road in West Chester; Red Bank Crossing, a 100,000 square foot, multi-use office, retail and daycare complex on Red Bank Expressway in Cincinnati; and Kenwood Crossing II and III, remaining phases of the 100,000 square foot Kenwood Crossing office campus located at Galbraith Road and I-71 in Sycamore Township.
