Creative Planning, Unlimited Systems, and AHEAD will be joining Fifth Third Wealth Management at Phase I of Montgomery Quarter.
Creative Planning and AHEAD will both be occupying the second floor at the 2-story building located at 9340 Montgomery Road, fully leasing the office portion of that building. Unlimited Systems will be taking the full second floor of the 3-story office building, currently also home to Fifth Third Wealth Management.
“In a time when landing office tenants is difficult, we are blessed to be welcoming Creative Planning, Unlimited Systems and AHEAD to Montgomery Quarter,” said Assistant City Manager Tracy Henao. “These new office uses will add foot traffic to the project and support the existing businesses in Historic Montgomery.”
“These new office tenants will be a tremendous asset to our community,” City Manager Brian Riblet added.
“With a more accessible and modern space to help us better serve our clients, we’re looking forward to growing our presence in Cincinnati and serving the community for years to come,” said Kevin Copley, CFP, Partner / Managing Director at Creative Planning.
The location of Montgomery Quarter was also the key component of the company’s decision to relocate to the project. “Montgomery Quarter’s convenient covered parking, walking distance amenities, adjacent hotel plan, and ease of access from I-71 were all important considerations in choosing the site, in addition to the class A+ nature of the building, said Brian Gockerman, CEO of Unlimited Systems.
Creative Planning and Unlimited Systems will take occupancy this summer with AHEAD to follow in the fall.
With these leases, approximately 17,600 square feet of office is left available between the two built office buildings. Phase I also includes another planned 50,000 square foot office building, which has yet to begin construction.
The new high-profile development is adjacent to the large roundabout project completed in 2021 at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Highway and Montgomery Road.
Bru Burger, Livery, and Hellman’s Fine Men’s Apparel are currently open. Two additional restaurants will be opening later this year; Kozue which will be opening in the summer and Kitchen Social to follow in the fall. Several retail spaces remain available.
Additionally, the construction of 148 apartments is wrapping up with the first residents taking occupancy in June. Finally, construction on the 128-room Rambler hotel, a Tapestry by Hilton brand, will begin this summer. The development team has partnered with Jeffery R Anderson on the Rambler.
The project is celebrating a grand opening for Phase I on May 19. The event is open to the public.
The Gateway Partners Montgomery development team, a partnership between Brandicorp and Neyer Properties, has partnered with CBRE for leasing the office spaces and Jeffery Anderson Real Estate for the retail and restaurant spaces. Gateway Partners Montgomery has also partnered with CASTO on the apartment buildings of the development.
