Neyer Properties has reached 95 percent occupancy at Fountain Pointe II in Blue Ash, due to its nearly 43,000 square foot lease with Trustaff.

Trustaff is relocating from Neyer’s Blue Ash Corporate Center I along Glendale-Milford Road.

“Trustaff needed more space and Fountain Pointe II fit exactly what they were looking for,” said Dan Neyer, president/CEO at Neyer Properties. The company also wanted to stay in Blue Ash due to the rich amenities the area offers. Trustaff will occupy space on both floors of Fountain Pointe II.

At Fountain Pointe I, Neyer recently completed redevelopment of the common areas. The existing indoor garden and fountain were removed to make way for usable touchdown space with soft seating for the tenants to use. The lobby also now offers WiFi, houses an electronic directory, and has a flat screen television. The brass ceiling was also replaced and new light fixtures were added. The restrooms also received a facelift with new countertops and mosaic back splashes.

Having recently completed renovations to Fountain Pointe I, Neyer will begin redevelopment of Fountain Pointe II simultaneous to the construction for Trustaff. Trustaff plans to take occupancy before year end.

Neyer purchased Fountain Pointe I and II in August of last year. At the time of purchase, the buildings were 63 percent occupied. In addition to signing leases with Trustaff, Neyer has leased space to the Greater Cincinnati Convention & Visitors Bureau and Battelle Memorial Institute. Centene has also expanded since Neyer’s purchase, bringing the overall campus to 90 percent occupancy.
