Neyer Properties will be breaking ground at three sites for Torque Motor Suites, this summer.
The company will be breaking ground on two sites here locally, one in Oakley and one in Blue Ash, with an additional location in Birmingham, Alabama adjacent to the Barber Motorsports Park. The Oakley location will be along the northern portion of Neyer’s current development, Three Oaks. The Blue Ash location is located across from Summit Park on land also owned by Neyer, with access to the site from both Glendale Milford and McKinley Road. Neyer will close on the land for Birmingham this summer. All three locations will open in mid-2025.
Neyer also plans to develop a location on land owned near TPC Riverbend with additional sites and cities to come. Neyer has hired Steve Rosenzweig as Director of Sales for Torque Motor Suites. Rosenzweig has over two decades of sales and knowledge of the auto industry. Rosenzweig is responsible for coordinating all sales activities from events and sponsorships to securing buyers.
These climate-controlled suites offer a second home for owners vehicles and other valuables, as well as a place to connect with fellow car enthusiasts, hang out with friends, or work from when not in the office. “People are gravitating towards smaller footprint homes, but they still need a place to store all their toys,” said Dan Neyer, President & CEO of Neyer Properties.
Every privately owned suite in the secure, gated community is fully customizable to each buyers needs and tastes—whether it’s for cars, boat, collectibles, or a place to entertain away from home.
“Torque will fill the need for garage-challenged individuals”, said Rosenzweig. “The concept has taken off in other markets, and Cincinnati specifically is a relatively untapped market to luxury storage.”
Condos start at 1,200 square feet plus a 400 square foot mezzanine level and offer the option to join multiple units for additional square footage. Each unit also features a first-floor bathroom.
Neyer Properties is bringing the company’s 30 years of design-build experience in the real estate business to this new venture, differentiating it from a look and feel of others in the market.
