Neyer Properties broke ground on the multifamily portion of the $300 million Three Oaks development and began to move dirt in January. Initial units are planned to be delivered in April 2027 with full completion of the project expected in September 2027.
The Apartments at Three Oaks will consist of 390 units split between four-story buildings with elevators and two-story townhomes, which will have garage space attached. Residents will have access to an array of amenities, including a clubhouse, large pool deck with lounge areas, open lawn area, and abundant parking. The clubhouse will include a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, community room, coffee station, package room, and gathering areas to support residents with flexible work schedules and formal or informal gatherings. As for the units, they will have best in class finishes featuring quartz countertops, modern yet timeless 42’ cabinets, and luxury appliance packages. These abundant amenities, as well as easy access to all the top employment and entertainment destinations in the area, are aimed to promote carefree, easy living for residents.
Neyer Properties is once again partnering with CASTO for this $120 million project after working together on the Phase I apartments at Montgomery Quarter as well as The Baldwin Apartments. “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Neyer Properties to add another component to the Three Oaks development, building on the vibrancy of the Oakley neighborhood, positive momentum of Foundry Park, and unique community that this dynamic location offers,” said Brent Sobczak, President of CASTO Communities.
The Apartments at Three Oaks will offer an elevated living option, which is part of a new neighborhood in a dynamic location, enhanced by a proven management team to improve residents’ everyday living experience creating a special sense of space and community.
In addition to the multifamily portion, the 30-acre development is expanding with 200 units for people aged 55 and up. The four-story active adult complex will feature several amenities, including a courtyard, pool, dog park, and more.
Three Oaks is already home to Foundry Park, the single-family residential portion of the development and Torque Motor Suites. Foundry Park was the site of 2025’s Homearama where visitors could tour seven luxury custom homes from local builders. The event attracted over 15,000 attendees. Additionally, the home show featured Torque Motor Suites, a secure, gated community with luxury units designed for individuals to customize for their needs and store their prized possessions. Construction on the development was completed a few months ago and over half of the luxury suites have already been sold.
