With immediate access to I-270, 4370 Alum Creek is located less than 10 miles from downtown Columbus and six minutes from the Rickenbacker Airport. The nearly 230,000 square foot is prominently positioned along Alum Creek and offers building and monument signage.
3900 Gantz Road is a 175,500 square foot building located within an established industrial park with easy access to I-71. The building is positioned on 15 acres, offering the opportunity for a future tenant to expand the building should the need arise.
“Our acquisition focus has been finding the value-add opportunities – meaning the assets have little to no occupancy but are well-located and in need of some TLC,” said Neyer Properties Acquisitions Manager Jessica Odenweller. “These assets are located in prime industrial markets with great access to every major highway that connects Columbus to its sister cities and that’s a tremendous benefit for end-users.”
These properties represent Neyer’s second and third purchases in the Columbus real estate market over the last six months. In August 2018, the company purchased 27.24 acres of vacant land at I-270 and I-70, which could provide up to 400,000 square feet of highly visible industrial space. Neyer Properties additionally owns Airport IV, an office building located at 2780 Airport Drive.
Brian Marsh with JLL is listing 4370 Alum Creek and the vacant land at 5225 Scarborough; 3900 Gantz is being represented by Mike Linder with Colliers.
The company is actively looking for additional acquisitions, specifically value-add industrial and office opportunities, in the Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville and Lexington markets.
