Neyer Properties has hired three employees in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Tim Fuerbacher, CCIM, joins Neyer Properties as Vice President of Construction. In his role at Neyer Properties, Tim is responsible for all construction-related activities of the organization including managing pre-development and pre-construction services, and ensuring process improvement efforts and quality control measures are integrated into the entire construction process. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
Will Sayer joins Neyer Properties as a Financial Analyst. In his role at Neyer Properties, Will provides monthly reporting and analysis, develops budgets, and performs credit analysis for property operations. Will has nearly six years of experience in commercial real estate. He holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Bert Hehman joins Neyer Properties as a Leasing Specialist. Bert is responsible for formulating and implementing leasing and marketing plans within a select portion of Neyer’s portfolio. He also manages lease renewals and conducts market analysis for assets. Bert holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Sales from Xavier University.
