Neyer Properties has hired three employees since the first of the year.
Jell Hall, RPA, joins Neyer Properties as asset manager. In his role at Neyer Properties, Jeff is responsible for implementing and monitoring long-range real estate asset management. This includes administration of leasing and property management for Neyer’s $200 million portfolio. Jeff has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. His vast background includes expertise in property, facilities, and asset management.
Colleen Kroell has joined Neyer Properties as Controller. Colleen has 23 years of experience in accounting which includes public accounting, real estate brokerage and real estate development. Colleen oversees all accounting, tax and IT activities. Her responsibilites include preparing accurate and timely financial statements, budget projections, and coordinating year-end financial statements and tax returns with the company’s CPA firm. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and majored in accounting at Northern Kentucky University.
Daniel Gray has been hired as Asset Management Associate. His his role, Daniel assists the Asset Manager with value preservation and creation of the expanding Neyer Properties Portfolio. Having absorbed the value of true customer service from five years in various roles including sales, contract negotiation and relationship management at BMW Cincinnati, in addition to work in Residential Real Estate, he has translated these skills into a promising career in Commercial Real Estate with Neyer Properties, Inc. Daniel has a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
