The Village of Evendale continues to move forward with its plans for AeroHub, naming Neyer Properties as the master developer for the project.

Fully envisioned at approximately 200 acres, AeroHub is an advanced manufacturing innovation district. The site is located just 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati on I-75 and adjacent to GE Aviation. AeroHub will attract highly skilled designers, engineers, researchers, educators, and symbiotic businesses that are focused on collaboration opportunities. AeroHub’s environment will promote cutting edge technologies and build a skilled advanced manufacturing workforce.

AeroHub is being developed through a public-private partnership between the Neyer Properties, Village of Evendale, Neyer Properties and other public and non-profit entities.

“AeroHub will proactively bridge the advanced manufacturing skills gap created by ever-evolving technology,” said David Linger, President & CEO of TechSolve, a local company exploring partnership and development opportunities at the development. “This will result in the creation of a revolutionary talent pool, putting our region in the best position to grow emerging industries.”

JobsOhio has provided funding for the project as a demonstration of the state’s commitment to invest in leveraging and growing Ohio’s manufacturing heritage. As the nation sees continued movement towards re-shoring manufacturing back to the United States, AeroHub will be a regional site of choice.

“AeroHub is an opportunity of a lifetime to build something unique and special while I-75 and the access points to Glendale Milford Road are under construction,” said Village of Evendale Mayor Richard Finan.

Neyer Properties has named Colliers as the broker for the development.

Phase I, consisting of 53 acres, has already achieved initial success with The Modal Shop, a sound and vibration testing and equipment manufacturing company. The company recently completed their 40,000 square foot, state-of-the art headquarters on 5 acres in the southern portion of AeroHub. Multiple manufacturing companies have shown strong interest in AeroHub, signaling that demand will outpace supply.
