Jeff Chamot and Jared Wendling of Neyer Properties have been promoted to Land Development Manger and Acquisitions Associate, respectively.
Chamot joined Neyer Properties in 2007 as a development associate after graduating from the University Of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance and entrepreneurship. In 2008, he was promoted to development project manager and received LEEDAP® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) accreditation through the U.S. Green Building Council that same year.
Wendling has worked for Neyer Properties in various capacities, including finance and development, as a cooperative student since 2007. He was hired on full time as a Development Associate in 2010. Wendling is a 2009 graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s real estate program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on finance and real estate.
