Neyer Properties purchases 27 acres for development in Columbus

Press Release

Neyer Properties has purchased 27 acres of land at 5225 Scarborough Boulevard, located at the southeast intersection of I-70 and I-270.

With immediate access to the highway, the property is located less than 11 miles from downtown Columbus and conveniently located between the John Glen Columbus Airport and the Rickenbacker Airport. The site is zoned manufacturing. Neyer Properties is exploring various uses that would be best suited for the site, including industrial, retail and hospitality.

“This site offers significant highway exposure along both I-70 & I-270 and great access, fitting right into our acquisition criteria. This property offers Neyer Properties an opportunity to bring a monumental development to the eastern Columbus area,” said Neyer Properties Acquisitions Manager Jessica Odenweller.

Brian Marsh with JLL represented the seller.
