Neyer Properties has sold 2001 Commerce Center Drive, an 84,100 square foot industrial building in Franklin. The building was purchased by the current occupant, Ohio Kentucky Steel.
“As the economy has continued to improve we have been approached by more tenants interested in owning their real estate once again,” said Jared Wendling, vice president of acquisitions and dispositions. “This approach provides a unique and advantageous opportunity for both parties,” Wendling said.
The sale of 2001 Commerce marks Neyer’s second disposition this year as Neyer continues to look for opportunities to recycle its capital. The company is actively looking to acquire value add office, retail and industrial properties within a 200 mile radius of Cincinnati.
Neyer purchased the building in May 2007 as a sale leaseback from Ohio Kentucky Steel.
