Neyer Properties recently sold a building they had purchased and renovated at 10036 Springfield Pike in Woodlawn to Pastor Freddie Piphus, II with Lincoln Heights Baptist Missionary Church (LHMBC) for 1,175,000. Neyer Properties was represented by Si Pitstick with Cincinnati Commercial Realtors and the church was represented by Rod MacEachen with MacEachen Realty.
The 31,000 sqaure foot building sits on eight acres and will be further expanded to provided Community Outreach for LHMBC so it can increate services and provide an additional locatio to serve the community.
