Neyer Properties has signed a nearly 68,000 square foot lease at Two Crowne Point with Jacobs Engineering. This lease bring Two Crowne Point’s occupancy up to 100%.
Jacobs will occupy the entire first, second, and third floors as well as more than half of the fourth floor of the building. Two Crowne Point appealed to Jacobs due to the building’s central location, the highway visibility and the prominent signage opportunities along I-75. Additionally, with this new location, Jacobs is able to update and modernize the layout of its offices to match the design standards of its other locations.
Jacobs will bring 400 jobs to the City of Sharonville.
“This project will have an enormous impact on the future of Sharonville and our Northern Lights District. Our hope it that restaurants will take notice of this golden opportunity and consider us for their next location,” said Chris Xeil Lyons, City of Sharonville’s Economic Development Director.
The Northern Lights District, which has been experiencing a revitalization of new construction and extensive renovations, is near I-275 and resides along I-75 with access from Sharon Road. One and Two Crowne Point sit in the Northern Lights District.
Eric Olofson and Peter Snow with Cushman & Wakefield represented Jacobs; Darin Armbruster and Doug Altemuehle with Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord. Jacobs will be relocating its local headquarters from Forest Park to the new Sharonville location.
Neyer purchased the 144,000 square foot One and Two Crowne Point complex in 2012. One Crowne Point is currently 75% occupied. Since purchasing the property, Neyer has done substantial interior and exterior renovations.
