Neyer Properties continues its aggressive expansion with the purchase of Fountain Pointe I and II, two office buildings totaling just over 177,000 square feet. The buildings are prominently located at the intersection of Cornell Road and Reed Hartman Highway in Blue Ash.
Fountain Pointe I is a three-story, 93,000 square foot building; Fountain Pointe II is two stories and 84,200 square feet. Neyer plans to renovate the lobby, common corridors, and restrooms to enhance the tenant experience. The landscaping on and around the site also will be updated.
Current tenants at Fountain Pointe include Kroger, RDI Marketing, Mutual of Omaha, Arcadis, and Unity Financial Life Insurance. This purchase marks Neyer’s tenth acquisition in the last 24 months and second in Blue Ash.
“We believe and recognize the strength of the Blue Ash market,” said Dan Neyer, president/CEO at Neyer Properties. “Fountain Pointe is a quality asset in a quality location.”
Vista Business Center, which Neyer purchased in September last year, sits approximately two miles from Fountain Pointe. “The Blue Ash submarket is continuing to tighten, as it has been over the last several years,” said Neyer. “This is evident through our recent successes at Vista, another one of our recent acquisitions.”
In August, Neyer leased 14,000 square feet to The Urology Group in Vista Business Center II. Neyer has also signed leases with Endevis and River Valley Physicians at Vista Business Center I since acquiring the property a year ago.
Neyer recently completed renovations in Vista I including the lobby, common corridors, and restrooms. Neyer has also improved the landscaping around the entire site to increase visibility from Reed Hartman Highway.
