Neyer Properties has signed a nearly 40,000 square foot lease at One Crowne Point with Tata Consultancy Services, an IT services subsidiary of Tata America International Corporation.
Tata will occupy the entire third and fourth floors of the building, and will have the ability to expand throughout the entire building as they continue to grow. Tata’s lease brings the occupancy at One Crowne Point to 92 percent.
Tata was attracted to One Crowne Point due to the quality renovations at the property, as well as the interstate visibility and opportunity for exterior building signage.
“The City of Sharonville is honored to have been selected as the newest location for this fast growing progressive IT company,” said Chris Xeil Lyons, City of Sharonville’s Economic Development Director. “This further proves that Sharonville’s Northern Lights District is a prime location for both visitors and world class companies.”
The Northern Lights District, which is currently experiencing a revitalization of new construction and renovations, is near I-275, along I-75 with access from Sharon Road. One and Two Crowne Point sit in the Northern Lights District, as does Neyer’s Triangle Office Park.
Wayne Hach with CCR represented Tata; Doug Altemeuhle and Darin Armbruster with CCR represented the landlord. The Sharonville location will be in addition to its Clermont County location.
Neyer purchased the 144,000 square foot One and Two Crowne Point complex in 2012. Since purchasing the property, Neyer has renovated the lobbies, all restrooms, and common corridors in both buildings. Neyer also installed new monument signs and cleared vegetation to increase visibility from the highway. Most recently, the buildings received an exterior upgrade via a new modern paint scheme.
