Neyer Properties recently signed a 47,435 square foot lease with New AVON LLC at Northmark I. This lease brings the building to 70 percent occupied.
New AVON will be taking a portion of the first floor as well as the entire second floor. The move will bring 250 jobs to the Blue Ash area. AVON is currently located in Springdale.
“Northmark appealed to New AVON because of the collaboration possibility between the tenant and landlord,” said Bert Hehman, Director of Leasing at Neyer Properties. “We are able to create, design, and construct as the Tenant needed delivered to best fit their needs.”
Northmark I is a three-story, 104,000 square foot building. Northmark I was purchased by Neyer Properties in August 2015 and is part of Neyer Properties Fund IV, L.P. Since purchasing the building, Neyer has renovated the lobby, common corridors, and restrooms to enhance the tenant experience. Neyer also improved the landscaping on and around the site, increasing visibility from Reed Hartman Highway.
