Registration is underway for Neyer Properties’ “It’s Easy to be Green” Earth Day seminars on April 22. Two panel discussions and a broker presentation for professionals involved in green building in the greater Cincinnati area will be held Wednesday, April 22 from 1 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. at Neyer Properties headquarters at Keystone Parke, 2135 Dana Ave. in Evanston.
A “Green Community Fair” with food, drink, and local community and green product vendors will follow from 4:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
A panel discussion on “Building LEED in Greater Cincinnati” will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. led by experts from Neyer Properties and the U.S. Green Building Council.
A second panel on “Green Infrastructure in Southwest Ohio” from 2 to 3 p.m. will address actual LEED case studies and implementation strategies to assist building owners, developers, architects, builders, governments, and those who maintain green sites.
A third panel titled “Green Means Green” on marketing green buildings will address typical features and benefits of a LEED-certified building and how to market those differences to clients.
