holiday-office-parkSince purchasing Gateway West Office Park (formerly known as Holiday Office Park) in January of this year, Neyer Properties has seen a flurry of activity.

The office campus, located just west of Cincinnati’s central business district, is comprised of two five-story buildings and one twelve-story tower. Combined, the three buildings consist of 350,000 square feet of space.

Since obtaining ownership, Neyer has signed leases with two new tenants, Matrix Claims Management and Cincinnati Musicians Association. Matrix has leased nearly 9,000 square feet and plans to take occupancy at the end of August. In March, Cincinnati Musicians Association moved into a just over 2,200 square foot space.

Neyer has also facilitated several renewals within the office campus. Spina Bifida and Hornell Brewing both have recently renewed their leases. Neyer is currently working with several other tenant for renewals and prospective new tenants to occupy space.

The buildings offer excellent visibility from both I-75 and Route 50 and are easily accessible to north and southbound I-75, Route 50, and the Cincinnati CBD. In addition to the accessibility, the site offers abundant surface and covered parking making Gateway West Office Park one of the few office parks in or near the CBD that has free parking and immediate access to downtown.

The Building 100, the largest of the three buildings, is the current home of Paycor, Duke Energy, Alzheimer’s Association and several other tenants. About 58,000 square feet is available at Building 100, including majority of the top two floors. Buildings 200 and 300 house several government agencies including Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities, Family Nurturing, and Veteran Affairs.
