Neyer Properties has partnered with the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Northern Kentucky to bring Homefest to Reserve at Bellevue.
Homefest will feature five homes from four different home builders. Beaumont Building Group, ReaLife, True North Design Build, and Fedders Construction all will have homes featured. The event will run from May 6-21.
The featured builders will be on hand to answer questions, provide advice or discuss their uniquely built showcase home. Many of the designers and suppliers will also be on hand to provide information on their products and services.
Homes at Reserve at Bellevue range in price from $500,000 and up and feature a variety of architectural styles.
“We are excited to partner with the BIA of Northern Kentucky to showcase Reserve at Bellevue,” said Dan Neyer, President / CEO of Neyer Properties. “This project is truly transformative for this residential corridor of Bellevue.”
Reserve at Bellevue is located just minutes from downtown Cincinnati and Newport Pavilion. The development features 74 home sites. Amenities include gathering spaces with a community fire pit and grill, dog park and a one-mile wooded walking trail. A waterfall and reflecting pond welcome you at the entrance. The site is one of the last few remaining sizable urban parcels of land in the region.
Neyer Properties has actively worked with the City of Bellevue to set the vision for the site.
“This project is transformational to this once blighted area. The City is excited about the new upscale homes and families this development will bring for Bellevue,” said Charlie Cleves, city of Bellevue mayor.
Additionally, the City of Bellevue recently received a $1.76 million grant from OKI to improve access along Covert Run. The grant includes repaving Covert Run as well as the addition of sidewalks and streetscaping from S. Foote Avenue to the entrance of Reserve at Bellevue.
