The project includes a 14,400 square foot retail plaza facing Wolfpen-Pleasant Hill Road and four separate office buildings of approximately 9,000 square feet each.
The four buildings will contain office condominiums for small business owners as well as medical professionals. More than 30,000 people live within a three-mile radius and they report an average household income of over $70,000. This growing area population has created an enormous demand for doctors, dentists and service providers close to home. The office condominium design will provide new, up-to-date accommodations for local ventures. The location is very convenient with visibility from by-pass 28 and Wolfpen-Pleasant Hill Road. Neyer anticipates construction to begin on the $10,000,000 project in the spring of 2006 when site preparation work is complete.
