Working at Neyer might not be for everyone. But if it’s for you, you’ll know. Here’s the team that’s leaned in, stuck around, and found our internal jokes actually funny.
Our TEam
Who says hard work can’t be fun?
We show up, enjoy the process, and push past what’s expected. We take responsibility, respect each other, and don’t shy away from high standards.

Neighbors Serving Neighbors
From the beginning, giving back to the community has been part of Neyer’s culture. In the early days, Dan built a wheelchair ramp for a tenant who needed it. No press release. No spotlight. Just the right thing to do.
Today, that same spirit shows up in bigger — and more organized — ways. Each year, our entire team participates in a company-wide volunteer day, partnering with local organizations like Freestore Foodbank, Crayons 2 Computers, Working in Neighborhoods, and Ronald McDonald House.
We even host donation drives with organizations such as Toys for Tots, and Dress for Success across our properties, making it easy for tenants to get involved.
And, employees are provided with time and financial support for serving on nonprofit boards and committees. We encourage everyone at Neyer to support one another’s causes — whether that means attending an after-hours fundraiser, sponsoring an event, or showing up consistently for an organization that matters to a teammate.
For us, community investment isn’t performative.
It’s personal.
