That early curiosity led to him exploring this industry in college where he studied geography in undergrad and then pursued a master’s degree in urban planning.
Before joining Neyer Properties, Adam gained extensive experience in urban revitalization, single-family historic rehabs, and smaller mixed-use buildings. He came to our organization eager to expand his skill set by working on larger, more complex projects in the community.
Now, he prepares and oversees overall project management including schedules and budgets for the organization. Adam also coordinates and supervises the research, due diligence, entitlements, and site planning for both building redevelopments and land acquisitions. Due to the scale of our projects, his role involves collaborating with an array of professionals throughout the day, like civil engineers, contractors, homebuilders, attorneys, public officials, and of course his internal teammates. For him, the reward for all this work is seeing a project fully evolve from conception to completion.
Throughout his time at Neyer, Adam is most proud of pulling together a successful 2025 HOMEARAMA at our Three Oaks project. This undertaking required him to manage seven local homebuilders within Foundry Park, the single-family portion of Three Oaks, as well as ensure the neighborhood infrastructure, like amenity areas and streets, was completed under a tight deadline. His willingness to take this challenge head on paid off with over 15,000 attendees visiting throughout the show.
When he’s not in the office or checking up on a job site, Adam can often be found outdoors running, hiking, canoeing, or just walking around the neighborhood with his family. One of his favorite things about Cincinnati is the great number of parks available—he’s partial to wandering the trails of Ault Park. Music is a big part of his household (he even plays guitar, though he insists no one will ever hear it so don’t ask…), and Adam enjoys attending concerts at the many great venues around the city. And jury’s out on whether he spends his free time brushing up on trivia in preparation for our annual holiday party competition.
