Her role spans multiple disciplines across the organization, from leading the marketing department and overseeing human resources to directing asset management efforts. Balancing these core responsibilities of hers requires a high level of organization and strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to switch directions when priorities change.
With more than sixteen years of experience in marketing, public relations, and commercial real estate, Amanda brings a strategic mindset to everything she does. She leads marketing strategies for both the company as a whole and its ground-up developments. Her oversight includes all facets of marketing and public relations, including media relations, corporate events, and companywide initiatives that promote long-term growth and visibility. After originally starting her career in Neyer’s marketing department, she assumed control of human resources in 2020 at the beginning of COVID.
In addition to her marketing and HR leadership, Amanda is responsible for Neyer’s single-tenant industrial and retail assets. She manages asset and capital improvement budgets, coordinates closely with property management teams, and maintains tenant relationships across her portfolio. Since stepping into asset management in 2022, she has taken on responsibility for approximately 20 properties, further broadening her impact across the organization.
Amanda’s journey into real estate feels natural as she’s been around the industry her entire life. One aspect of the work she enjoys is seeing projects come to fruition from their early concepts, knowing the extensive time, coordination, and persistence it takes to bring them to life.
As a Cincy native, Amanda’s favorite part of the city is the amazing food scene! From steakhouses to Italian, delis to pastry shops, you can find anything here. She loves exploring the local restaurants with her husband on their date nights.
Outside of work and restaurant-hopping, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her four-year-old son. As seen at the top of her bucket list, Australia and Greece are places she wants to visit someday. And a fun fact many do not know—she did Irish Dance for over six years!
