Our Team

Brad Albrecht

Director of Torque Motor Suites
With over fifteen years of experience in real estate development, investment, and acquisition across various asset types and markets, Brad brings a diverse background and unique perspective to our company that has helped shape and grow our newest venture, Torque Motor Suites, into what it is today.

As Director and founding team member of Torque Motor Suites, Brad oversees investments and the day-to-day operations of the Torque portfolio. His role includes guiding new strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on expanding Torque’s footprint throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

In the demanding and ever-changing business that is Torque, no day looks the same—something Brad embraces fully. He often spends his time overseeing the financial and legal aspects of Torque’s operations, meeting with unit owners on site, and coordinating with our sales & construction teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the entire platform.

He takes great pride in building out a business like Torque—something that does not exist in many parts of the country and doesn’t come with a “how-to” guide. Making this unique and ambitious concept a reality is something Brad enjoys being involved in, and the lessons learned along the way are being implemented into the evolving business model by him.

Beyond Torque, Brad serves as the managing partner of Arcadia Investment Group, a Neyer-affiliated venture that provides equity capital to real estate developers and operators nationwide. He spends time with investors and partners of Arcadia, seeking compelling opportunities to support and scale the company’s investment strategy.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys exploring what the city has to offer with his family, like new restaurants and various sporting events. On Sunday mornings, you’ll likely find him coaching or cheering on his boys at their sporting events.
