Neyer Properties is pleased to announce that Torque Motor Suites Oakley has broken ground. The project will be joining the Three Oaks development in the Oakley neighborhood of Cincinnati.

This new addition to Three Oaks builds on the success already seen in the single-family area of the project. Foundry Park, the residential portion, already has 10 homes built, with 12 currently under construction, and an additional 57 lots available for sale. Additionally, Foundry Park was recently announced as the selected site for Homearama 2025, which will feature seven homes and starts in September. Homearama has only been held in the city of Cincinnati once before in 2020.

The project, which was designed to be integrated into the residential neighborhood, is a 30-unit community allowing for car storage and customizable personal spaces tailored to the individual owner.

Each suite will contain 1,200 square feet with an additional 400 square foot mezzanine level. Select units at Torque Motor Suites Oakley, as well as other Torque locations, will have outdoor living spaces. Pricing per unit starts in the mid $300,000s.

“The Oakley Community Council is thrilled about the progress of the Three Oaks development, marked by the groundbreaking of the Three Oaks Torque project and the arrival of Homerama 2025. Both initiatives bring distinctive offerings to Oakley and showcase successful collaboration between private developers and the local community council,” said Troy Andrews, Oakley Community Council Trustee.

The project received unanimous support from the Oakley Community Council, Cincinnati Planning Commission, and Cincinnati City Council late last year. This groundbreaking follows the recent groundbreaking at the Torque Blue Ash location in November 2024.

The project will be constructed in one phase and is expected to be completed in September of this year.

Additionally, Neyer Properties is excited to announce a partnership between Torque Motor Suites and Hélio Castroneves, legendary IndyCar driver and four-time Indy 500 champion. Castroneves will be a unit owner at the Fishers, Indiana location.

Neyer Properties is bringing the company’s 30 years of community building experience in the real estate business to this new venture.
