Neyer Properties is pleased to announce that the City of Birmingham has approved a rezoning request for the development of the Torque Motor Suites at Grand River near the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum.
The Torque Motor Suites is the first of its kind in Birmingham and offers a for-sale option for motorsports enthusiasts wanting to be near the Barber Motorsports facilities. The project is a 102-unit car condominium project allowing for car storage and customizable personal spaces tailored to the individual owner. The project allows for a club atmosphere and includes club amenities unique to this location.
Each suite will contain 1,200 square feet and have a 400 square foot mezzanine level and first floor bathroom. Pricing per unit starts in the upper $300,000s. The first 51 units will be breaking ground this Fall and occupancies are expected to occur in the summer of 2025. An additional 51 units are planned for Phase II.

Neyer has hired Birmingham-based Southpace as the listing agents for the Torque Birmingham car condominiums. The Torque Motor Suites will be unlike any other project of its kind in the market and Neyer intends to complement the world-class projects that are either contemplated or already in the area.
