Neyer Properties recently completed $2.5 million worth of improvements at Two and Three Woodfield Crossing.
The five story atrium lobby within Three Woodfield Crossing has been completely transformed to allow for a more interactive and lively space with amenities and gathering areas for the tenants. The lobby in Two Woodfield also received a complete renovation including wood panelling, new furniture, and carpet. Three Woodfield is also home to the only golf simulator in an office building in the region, “an amenity the tenants actively use as a break from the typical work day,” says Chris Dobrozsi, Vice President of Real Estate Development at Neyer Properties.
Additional improvements included modernizing all the bathrooms and common areas in both buildings.

The buildings have been brought to life again with the improvements.”
The company purchased the buildings in December 2013 and are actively looking to acquire additional properties in the Indianapolis area.
